There is no parking available. Please make use of a coin parking lot nearby.

Please be advised that our inn is located in an alleyway and so cars cannot pull up directly in front of the building.

Please note that there is also no parking available for scooters or bicycles.

We are able to accept luggage if it is sent on the day of check-in.
Please designate the arrival time for your luggage to be close to your check-in time as possible. (12:00-4:00PM, 12:00-2:00PM, 2:00-4:00PM, etc.) Also, please be sure to inform us in advance that you will be sending your luggage.
Luggage storage prior to check-in is only possible if you contact us in advance.
After check-out, your luggage can be stored in the lobby, although this will be in a common area.

Our facilities are completely non-smoking, which includes e-cigarettes and vaping.

Feel free to make use of the ashtrays which are available outside the entrance.

Our inn does not offer any meals. Please make use of restaurants nearby.

Feel free to use the kitchen in your room for the preparation of simple meals.

There are not always staff on-site.

Staff will be available to assist during check-in.

At check-in, you will be provided with contact information for any inquiries and in case of emergency.

There is no curfew. Feel free to come and go as you please.

Please refrain from talking, etc. in the common areas at night so as to not disturb other guests.

Our inn is not barrier-free.

There are 10 stairs at the entrance, and another 15 stairs to get to the rooms on the 2nd floor.
