Cancellation fees will be incurred as follows.

– Same day	: 100% of accommodation fee
– Day before	: 100% of accommodation fee
– 3 days or more before	: 50% of accommodation fee
– 7 days or more before	: 30% of accommodation fee
– 14 days or more before	: 20% of accommodation fee
– 21 days or more before	: 10% of accommodation fee

The charges for no-shows will be as follows.
